The five obligations

Five obligations.
One workflow.

FATF Recommendations, the EU AML directives and every national AML/CFT regime — Wwft, GwG, MLRs, BSA, AML/CTF Act — share the same five duties: identify the customer, identify the UBO, classify the risk, monitor the relationship, and report what looks wrong. Supplied turns those duties into a single, defensible workflow.

  • Customer due diligence (CDD/KYC) — identification, verification and source-of-funds in one flow.
  • UBO identification — ownership graphs resolved from KVK, Companies House, Handelsregister and 30+ foreign registers.
  • PEP, sanctions & adverse media — continuous screening against 60+ lists, fuzzy-matched.
  • Risk-based classification — FATF-aligned risk model, locally tunable per regulator.
  • Unusual / suspicious activity reporting — file MOTs, SARs or STRs directly to your national FIU.

Onboard with confidence

Single guided flow for ID verification, source of funds and UBO resolution. KVK-linked. EU eIDAS-aware. Customers finish in minutes, not days.

Screen continuously

PEP, sanctions, RCAs and adverse media — checked every night against 60+ lists. New hits land in your inbox with one-click resolve-or-escalate.

Classify defensibly

A FATF-aligned risk matrix pre-tuned for Wwft, switchable to GwG / MLRs / BSA / AMLD. Country, sector and behavioural factors with versioned overrides.

File directly, prove it

Cases convert to goAML, FinCEN BSA or NCA SAR Online XML — signed, submitted and acknowledged from inside Supplied. Audit trail exports as a single PDF.

We replaced four spreadsheets, a shared inbox and a stack of PDFs with one workflow. Our last DNB audit took an afternoon instead of a week.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions.

Can't find what you need? Talk to our compliance team →

Is this only for Dutch firms?

No. We started with the Dutch Wwft because that's where our team is, but the underlying obligations come from FATF and look the same everywhere. Today you can run the platform under Wwft, AMLD, MLRs, BSA, GwG, AML/CTF Act, PCMLTFA, CDSA and equivalent regimes. The risk model, screening data, audit trail and case workflow are jurisdiction-aware; the FIU filing schema (goAML, FinCEN BSA, NCA SAR Online…) is selected per case.

Are you a registered Wwft service provider?

Supplied is a software platform. You remain the obliged entity under the Wwft and the controller of your customer data. We provide the workflow, screening data and audit trail; the supervisory relationship with DNB or BFT stays with you.

Which screening lists do you cover?

EU consolidated, OFAC, UK HMT, UN, Dutch national sanctions, domestic and foreign PEP, RCA (relatives and close associates) and an adverse-media feed updated daily. All matches are fuzzy-scored with reviewer override.

Can we keep our existing risk policy?

Yes. The Wwft baseline is a starting point. Country tables, sector weights, escalation thresholds and override rules are editable. Every rule change is versioned.

How does FIU filing work?

Cases convert directly to a goAML XML report. You review, sign and submit from inside Supplied; a copy of the filing and the FIU acknowledgement land back in the case file automatically.

How long does implementation take?

Most firms are onboarding their first new customer through Supplied within two weeks. Migrating historical files takes longer and runs in parallel — we offer a guided import with a dedicated success engineer.
