Guesty already holds important owner, listing, reservation and payout information.
For DAC7 and other reporting regimes based on the OECD Model Reporting Rules for Digital Platforms, some details may still be missing, out of date or entered in the wrong field. An owner’s tax identification number (TIN), tax residence, place of birth or payment details are especially important.
You also need to turn the data into the correct report and submit it to the relevant tax authorities.
If you operate across countries, you may have more than one reporting obligation to manage.
That is why Guesty partners with Supplied: we connect to your existing Guesty data, help collect and check any missing information, and manage the reporting process with you.
Connect Supplied to Guesty

The Guesty integration is live. The exact fields available can vary by account and Guesty permissions, so Supplied checks the imported records with you before preparing a report.
We find and collect the gaps
Supplied matches Guesty owners to their listings, reservations and available payout information. We then show you a clear list of owners whose data is complete and those who need attention. Only affected owners need a request.
We check the information needed for your report, including:
Every owner
Unique Owner ID, owner type, residential or business address, address country and tax-residence country. We also need a working email address to contact an owner when information is missing.
Individual owners
Full name and date of birth for every individual, plus a TIN or, where no TIN is available, place-of-birth details.
Business owners
Registered legal name, business tax identifier and registered address and other business registration details, as applicable. A VAT number is collected separately when available.
Payment details
The payout account identifier and, where available, the financial institution and account holder name if it differs from the owner’s name.
Each rental property
Listing address and country, property type, rented days and any available land registration number. If one owner rents several properties, each property’s activity and earnings must remain distinct.
We also check completed bookings, amounts paid or credited to the owner, fees or commissions, taxes and currency for each quarter. TIN and VAT numbers must be kept separate; putting a TIN in a VAT field does not make it a valid VAT number. We confirm which fields are already reliable in Guesty and request only what is missing or inaccurate.
In your Supplied Admin Platform, you can invite owners whose information is missing or needs correction.

Each invitation asks for the specific details needed. Owners submit them through Supplied’s secure data collection and verification app. Supplied checks the responses and records what changed. You can also correct an owner record yourself.

When an owner has provided the information required for their report and it has passed the applicable checks, their record is marked Complete.

Complete owners can be included in a report without waiting for others. Owners who complete their details later can be included in a subsequent filing, subject to the relevant authority’s rules and deadlines.
We prepare and submit the reports
Supplied maps the owner and property data to the applicable report, calculates the amounts for each reporting period and checks the result.
We ask you to confirm the treatment of settlement lines such as cleaning fees, commissions and taxes, along with any unusual property structures. You receive a preview of the sellers, properties, amounts and exceptions before submission.

Once you approve the filing and provide the required authority access or mandate, Supplied generates the report.
You can then download and submit the report via your relevant portal or grant Supplied the authority to do it on your behalf.

We track authority responses and support any required additions, corrections or subsequent submissions as agreed.
We retain the filing output and submission record for your review.
We confirm the filing country, reporting entity and deadline during onboarding.
Supplied also supports multiple jurisdictions.
EU DAC7, US 1099-K, CA DRR, AU SERR and the UK’s digital platform reporting rules are distinct obligations. We identify which regimes and reporting years apply to your operation, prepare the appropriate outputs and coordinate each submission included in your service. Where several countries are involved, we determine the correct filing route with you rather than assuming that every property country requires a separate portal filing.

What you need to do
Supplied handles the collection workflow, validation, report preparation, submission and follow-up agreed for your account.
